Walker's Bluff in Carterville, IL is looking for one host/hostess to join our strong team. We are located on 326 Vermont Rd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged. This will be a part-time position.
Responsibilities
- Answering the phones and book reservations
- Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
- Quick problem-solving skills & being able to move around reservations to accommodate large parties
- Estimating wait time for guests
- Handle pressure well
- Work with high priority events!
Qualifications
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Strong organizational and motivational skills
